Purpose
The Lyon County Community Education program provides educational, recreational, cultural and enrichment activities and services for people of all ages, within the entire Lyon County Area. Our program is sponsored by the Lyon County Board of Education and Kentucky Department of Education.

Representing a cooperative effort among our schools, various community departments and agencies, and interested citizens, the Lyon County Community Education program coordinates and utilizes the resources of the schools and community to more effectively meet people's needs and interests.

Class Information
Activities can be found in the Community Calendar/Events section of the Lyon County and Caldwell County newspapers. Fees will vary according to the individual class, however, most classes are offered at little or no cost to participants. What fees are accessed will help defray the cost of materials and instruction. Course location will vary depending on the class.
